Welcome to 2026: The Year of the AI Consultant

Why this is the year to go all in, and how Consultix is about to change the game

Happy New Year! I hope you had a great break, got some rest, and are ready to get after it. I’ve been reflecting on 2025, and honestly, it was a wild ride. Not just for me, but for the entire Vibe Consultant community.

Let’s start with a quick recap. Last year, I set out to make it the year of content. I wrote 32 newsletter articles, one every single week since I committed. I set a goal to do 52 long-form videos and ended up doing 69. My goals are always about inputs, not outputs. You can’t control the outcome, but you can control your consistency. I didn’t set a goal for a million subs. I set a goal to show up every week, and the results took care of themselves.

But the real highlight? Nearly 2,000 people went through the audit training. I’ve now coached 97 people to become AI consultants. And the results have been insane. Josh and Elliot both closed their first deal within a day of joining. Zohour from Egypt has closed multiple audits and is now in talks for multiple six- and seven-figure implementation contracts. Didac closed a $100K deal. Alex closed a $40K deal using the audit. In just a few months, people have changed their lives with AI consulting.

That’s what gets me fired up for 2026. My energy this year is all about doubling down on what works. I’m focused on inputs, more content, more value, more people helped.

My personal goal is to expose 10,000 people to AI consulting this year. I truly believe 2026 is the year of the AI consultant. AI adoption isn’t optional anymore. The people who position themselves as experts and thought leaders are going to make ungodly amounts of money.

And here’s the thing: even if a recession hits and budgets get tight, you’re not a cost, you’re an asset. You’re the person who shows business owners how to save money, streamline operations, and stay competitive. That’s why this is the year to go all in.

What should you focus on in January?
Commit to the process. Stop dabbling. Stop jumping from one thing to another. The people who go all in on AI consulting, who take the time to learn, who follow the process, they’re the ones changing their lives in months, not years. Zohour went from knowing nothing to closing multiple paid audits and is now negotiating six- and seven-figure deals in MONTHS! That’s what’s possible if you commit.

But remember, this is a real business. It’s not a quick-fix, fly-by-night opportunity. You’re building something that can last a decade or more. Companies are still struggling to digitally transform, and now they need to AI transform. These contracts can last years. The opportunity is massive, but you have to treat it like a real company.
