In 2026, the one-person $1M+ consulting firm isn't just realistic. It's actually on the lower end of what's possible right now.
We're easily in the realm of eight-figure AI consulting firms that are solo-operated. You might need a contractor or two for specific tasks, but the core business? One person, the right tools, and the right offer stack can absolutely get you to $1M, $3M, even $10M a year.
