Read Time: 6 minutes

Community Wins:
Didac just closed a six-figure deal this week. Let that sink in. Six figures. From positioning himself as an AI consultant in his industry and executing the playbook consistently.

Bertrand's also landed his first client this week making 12,400 Euro ($14.5K)

The momentum in the Vibe Consultant community is real. People are sharing their wins, their process, and their expertise. And it's working.

Now let’s get into today’s topic… Content.

Most Vibe Consultants think they need to choose between doing the work and creating content. They believe building authority requires hours of daily posting, professional video production, and becoming a "thought leader."

Wrong.

The best content doesn't come from sitting at a desk trying to think of clever things to say. It comes from doing the actual work of running audits, talking to prospects, and delivering results.

Every audit you conduct is a goldmine of content. Every sales call reveals insights your audience desperately needs. Every client win is a story that attracts more clients.

The problem isn't that you don't have content ideas. The problem is you don't have a system to capture and repurpose what you're already doing.

Let me show you the exact system I use to create a week's worth of authority-building content in under an hour.

The Content Philosophy That Actually Works

Here's what most people get wrong about content for Vibe Consultants: They think they need to teach people how to use AI.

That's not your job.

Your job is to show your specific industry how AI solves their specific problems. If you're targeting accounting practices, your content should be about how accountants can leverage AI to eliminate manual data entry, automate client communication, and reduce compliance risks.

If you're targeting manufacturing facilities, your content should be about how manufacturers can use AI to optimize inventory management, predict equipment failures, and streamline quality control.

The more specific you are to your industry, the more authority you build. Generic AI content gets ignored. Industry-specific AI insights get shared, saved, and lead to inbound opportunities.

The Three Content Pillars

Every piece of content you create should fall into one of three categories:

Pillar 1: Problem Awareness
Content that helps your audience recognize inefficiencies they didn't know they had. These posts identify pain points, quantify costs, and create urgency around solving problems.

Example: "Most accounting firms are spending 15+ hours per week on manual data entry that could be completely automated. Here's what that's costing you..."

Pillar 2: Solution Education
Content that shows how AI solves specific problems in your industry. These posts demonstrate what's possible, share case studies, and build belief that transformation is achievable.

Example: "We just helped a 30-person accounting firm eliminate 12 hours of weekly data entry using simple AI automation. Here's exactly how we did it..."

Pillar 3: Authority Building
Content that positions you as the obvious expert in your space. These posts share insights from your audit work, lessons learned, and frameworks you've developed.

Example: "After conducting 50+ AI audits for accounting firms, here are the 5 inefficiencies I see in every single practice..."

Your content calendar should rotate through these three pillars. This keeps your content fresh while systematically moving prospects from awareness to interest to action.

The Content Goldmine You're Sitting On

Every interaction you have as a Vibe Consultant contains multiple pieces of content. You just need to know where to look.

From Sales Calls:

  • Common objections become posts addressing those concerns

  • Questions prospects ask become educational content

  • Phrases they use become hooks for your posts

  • Problems they describe become problem awareness content

From Audit Work:

  • Inefficiencies you discover become case studies

  • ROI calculations become proof of concept posts

  • Implementation roadmaps become educational frameworks

  • Client reactions become testimonial content

From Client Wins:

  • Before and after transformations become success stories

  • Specific time savings become quantified results posts

  • Unexpected benefits become "what we learned" content

  • Client quotes become social proof

From Your Outreach:

  • Response patterns tell you what messaging resonates

  • Questions you get asked reveal content gaps

  • Industries that respond well indicate content opportunities

  • Objections that come up need to be addressed in content

The content is already there. You just need a system to capture it.

The Weekly Content Capture System

Here's the system that makes content creation effortless:

Daily Capture (5 minutes):
At the end of each day, open a simple notes document and capture:

  • One interesting thing a prospect said

  • One objection you handled

  • One insight from your audit work

  • One question someone asked you

That's it. Five minutes of daily capture gives you 20-25 content ideas per week.

Weekly Batch Creation (60 minutes):
Pick one day per week for content creation. I do Saturdays for written content, Wednesdays for video. During this session:

  1. Review your daily capture notes (5 minutes)

  2. Select 7 ideas for the week (5 minutes)

  3. Create content using AI (40 minutes)

  4. Schedule everything (10 minutes)

This one-hour session produces 7 LinkedIn posts, which is more than most consultants create in a month.

The AI-Powered Content Creation Process

Here's my exact process for creating a week of content in 40 minutes:

Step 1: Find Outlier Content (10 minutes)
Scan LinkedIn for high-performing posts in your industry or adjacent industries. Look for posts with:

  • High engagement (100+ likes, 20+ comments)

  • Clear structure and formatting

  • Relevant topics to your audience

Save 3-5 posts that resonate. You're not copying them. You're identifying what structures and topics are working.

Step 2: Gather Your Insights (5 minutes)
Pull from your daily capture notes. Select the most interesting insights, objections, or stories from your week.

Step 3: Use AI to Create Your Posts (20 minutes)
This is where tools like Poppy AI become invaluable. Here's my exact prompt structure:

"I found this high-performing post about [topic]. I want to create a similar post for my audience of [your niche]. Here's my insight from this week: [your captured insight]. Create a post in my voice that uses a similar structure but addresses my specific audience with my specific insight."

Because Poppy knows my voice, tone, and style from all the content I've fed it, the output sounds like me. Not generic AI.

Create 7 posts using this process. Each one takes about 3 minutes.

Step 4: Schedule Everything (5 minutes)
Use LinkedIn's native scheduling or a tool like Buffer to schedule one post per day for the next week.

Total Time: 40 minutes for 7 posts

The Content Formats That Convert

Not all content formats perform equally. Here are the formats that consistently drive results for Vibe Consultants:

Format 1: The Problem Quantification Post
Structure: Identify a common problem, quantify its cost, show the AI solution.

Example:
"Most manufacturing facilities are losing $50K+ annually to manual inventory tracking.

Here's what that looks like:

  • 10 hours per week of manual data entry

  • 15% error rate in inventory counts

  • 3-5 days to identify supply chain issues

We just automated this entire process for a 40-person facility. The result: $65K in annual savings and real-time inventory visibility.

If you're still doing this manually, let's talk."

Format 2: The Case Study Breakdown
Structure: Client situation, problem identified, solution implemented, results achieved.

Example:
"Client: 25-person accounting firm
Problem: 12 hours/week spent on manual client data entry
Solution: Automated data extraction and CRM integration
Result: $31K annual savings, 12 hours back per week

The best part? Implementation took 2 weeks.

This is what's possible when you audit before you automate."

Format 3: The Insight List
Structure: "After [X audits/calls/projects], here's what I've learned..."

Example:
"After conducting 50+ AI audits for accounting firms, here are the 5 inefficiencies I see in every single practice:

  1. Manual data entry from client documents

  2. Redundant client communication workflows

  3. Manual invoice processing and tracking

  4. Spreadsheet-based reporting that takes hours

  5. Manual appointment scheduling and follow-up

Every single one of these can be automated. Most firms are losing $100K+ annually to these inefficiencies."

Format 4: The Two-Step Value Post
Structure: Hook + "Comment [word] and I'll send you [resource]"

Example:
"I just created a checklist of the 15 most common AI automation opportunities in accounting firms.

It includes:

  • The specific inefficiency

  • Average time savings

  • Implementation difficulty

  • Expected ROI

Comment 'AUDIT' and I'll send it to you."

This format builds your email list while providing value.

Format 5: The Contrarian Take
Structure: Challenge common belief, explain why it's wrong, share the better approach.

Example:
"Most accounting firms think they need to hire more staff to handle growth.

Wrong.

You need to automate the manual work your current team is drowning in.

We just helped a 20-person firm increase capacity by 40% without hiring anyone. They automated client onboarding, data entry, and reporting.

The result: Same team, more clients, higher margins.

Stop hiring for inefficiency. Start automating it."

The Content Calendar Framework

Here's how to structure your weekly content for maximum impact:

Monday: Problem Awareness
Start the week by identifying a pain point your audience feels. Make them aware of what it's costing them.

Tuesday: Solution Education
Show how AI solves a specific problem. Share a case study or example.

Wednesday: Authority Building
Share an insight from your audit work or a lesson you've learned.

Thursday: Engagement Post
Ask a question or create a two-step post to build your email list.

Friday: Client Win
Share a success story or testimonial. End the week on a high note.

Weekend: Optional
If you want to post on weekends, share personal insights or behind-the-scenes content.

This structure ensures you're consistently moving prospects through awareness, education, and action.

The Biggest Content Mistakes

Here's what kills content effectiveness for Vibe Consultants:

Mistake #1: Imposter Syndrome
You think you don't know enough to create content. Reality: You know infinitely more than your target audience. Traditional businesses know almost nothing about AI implementation. You only need to be one step ahead of your audience, not ten steps ahead.

Mistake #2: Trying to Be Original
You think every post needs to be a unique, groundbreaking insight. Reality: Your audience hasn't seen what you've seen. Content that feels repetitive to you is brand new to them. Repeat your core messages in different formats.

Mistake #3: Perfectionism
You spend hours crafting the perfect post. Reality: Done is better than perfect. A good post published today beats a perfect post that never gets published.

Mistake #4: Giving Away Too Little
You're afraid of "giving away the farm." Reality: Give away everything. 99% of people won't implement what you share. They want someone they trust to do it for them. The more you share, the more authority you build.

Mistake #5: Focusing on Engagement Over Results
You optimize for likes and comments instead of leads and sales. Reality: A post with 20 likes that generates a $10K audit is infinitely more valuable than a post with 500 likes that generates nothing.

How to Measure Content Success

Here's the hierarchy of content metrics that actually matter:

Tier 1: Sales
Did your content lead to audit bookings? This is the only metric that truly matters.

Tier 2: Leads
Did your content generate inbound messages, email signups, or discovery call requests?

Tier 3: Interactions
Did your content generate meaningful conversations, shares, or saves?

Tier 4: Engagement
Likes and comments are nice but don't pay the bills.

Track your content in a simple spreadsheet:

  • Date posted

  • Topic/format

  • Engagement (likes, comments)

  • Leads generated

  • Calls booked

  • Audits closed

Over time, you'll see patterns. Certain topics and formats will consistently outperform others. Double down on what works.

The Compound Effect of Consistent Content

Content is a long game. Don't expect immediate results.

Month 1: You're building the habit and finding your voice. Results will be minimal.

Month 2: You're starting to see which topics resonate. Engagement increases.

Month 3: You're getting inbound messages and connection requests. Your network is growing.

Month 6: You're getting regular inbound leads. People are reaching out because they've been following your content.

Month 12: You have a referral engine. Your content attracts clients, and your clients refer more clients.

The consultants who win aren't the ones with the best content. They're the ones who show up consistently.

The Tools That Make This Possible

Here's my complete content creation tech stack:

Content Creation:

  • Poppy AI for generating posts in my voice

  • Apple Notes for daily capture

  • Google Docs for longer-form content

Scheduling:

  • LinkedIn native scheduling for posts

  • Buffer for backup scheduling

Tracking:

  • Google Sheets for content performance tracking

  • LinkedIn analytics for engagement data

Total Monthly Cost: Under $50

You don't need expensive tools. You need a simple system and consistent execution.

The 7-Day Content Sprint

Want to test this system? Here's your 7-day challenge:

Day 1: Set up your daily capture system (5 minutes)
Day 2: Capture insights from your day (5 minutes)
Day 3: Capture insights from your day (5 minutes)
Day 4: Capture insights from your day (5 minutes)
Day 5: Capture insights from your day (5 minutes)
Day 6: Find 3 outlier posts in your industry (10 minutes)
Day 7: Create and schedule 7 posts using AI (60 minutes)

By the end of the week, you'll have a week of content scheduled and a system you can repeat every single week.

The Content Mindset Shift

Stop thinking of content as a separate activity from your business. Content is your business.

Every audit you conduct generates content. Every sales call reveals insights. Every client win creates stories.

You're not creating content. You're documenting your expertise.

The Vibe Consultants who build the biggest businesses aren't the ones with the best technical skills. They're the ones who consistently share what they're learning and doing.

Your content is your unfair advantage. Use it.

See you next week,

– Andrew
