Audits: Your entry point, your credibility builder, and your first paid offer.
Implementations: Where the real money is. Build and deliver the solutions your audits uncover.
Training: Employee adoption workshops, AI basics, and custom training for your niche.
Retainers: Maintenance and advisory. Keep clients on board, keep their systems running, and keep getting paid.
If you go deep enough, you can even build productized offers or platforms for your niche. That’s where the real scale and margin come in.
