Most people overthink getting started as a Vibe Consultant.

They spend months learning about AI, perfecting their website, creating elaborate marketing funnels, and building complex systems before they ever talk to a single prospect.

Meanwhile, people in our community are booking their first audits within 30 days using a much simpler approach.

The secret isn't having everything perfect. It's having a clear plan and executing it consistently.

Here's the exact 30-day roadmap that's helped dozens of people go from zero to their first paid audit.

Week 1: Foundation and First Outreach

Before you reach out to anyone, you need to fundamentally understand what you're selling.

Day 1-2: Master the Model
You need to understand how AI audits work, what you're presenting, what the deliverables are, and how the entire process flows from initial conversation to final presentation. Day 3-4: Build Your Network List
Make a list of all the industries you've been part of over your career. Then identify who you know in those industries who runs businesses. Think peers, colleagues, vendors, people you know directly, or people you know through mutual connections.

This is your goldmine. These people already know and trust you. They understand your background and expertise. When you tell them you've transitioned to AI consulting for their industry, it makes perfect sense.

Day 5-7: Start Your Outreach
Send 3-5 messages to your warm network. Keep it simple and authentic. Don't overthink it.

Also start optimizing your LinkedIn profile to reflect your new positioning. Instead of "Manufacturing Manager," you're now "AI Consultant for Manufacturing Facilities" or whatever fits your background.

Week 1 Goal: Understand the model, build your prospect list, send your first outreach messages, optimize your LinkedIn profile.

Week 2: Systems and Responses

Daily Actions Start Now
From week 2 forward, you should be doing something every single day that moves you closer to your goal:
• Sending outreach messages
• Responding to replies
• Booking meetings
• Learning about AI capabilities
• Setting up systems (domain, email, website)

The Daily Habit: 20 LinkedIn messages per day, 5 days a week. That's 100 messages per week to your target market.

Week 2 Focus: Set up your email systems, start building a simple website, and continue daily outreach. You should start getting responses from your warm network outreach from week 1.

LinkedIn is the fastest channel because you don't need to warm up email addresses or worry about deliverability. Plus, it's perfect for reaching your professional network.

Week 2 Goal: Daily outreach habit established, systems being built, first responses and conversations happening.

Week 3: Momentum and Meetings

By week 3, you should have your outreach process running smoothly. Your LinkedIn profile is optimized, your messaging is consistent, and you're getting regular responses.

Focus Areas:
• Continue daily outreach (20 messages per day)
• Handle discovery calls with interested prospects
• Finish setting up your website and email systems
• Start automating your follow-up sequences

The Discovery Call Reality: These aren't traditional discovery calls where you need to create urgency or overcome objections. The market is doing that for you. Companies know they need to adopt AI.

Your job is to sell them on you as the right person to help them. They're often pre-sold on the need for an audit. They just need to trust that you can deliver results.

This is why your industry expertise is so powerful. You're not some random consultant trying to break into their industry. You're an insider who now specializes in AI implementation.

Week 3 Goal: Consistent daily execution, discovery calls booked and conducted, systems fully operational.

Week 4: Closing and Scaling

By week 4, you should be in active conversations with multiple prospects. Some will be ready to move forward immediately. Others will need more nurturing.

Focus Areas:
• Continue daily outreach (you should be approaching 400 total messages by month-end)
• Close your first audit deals
• Start building case studies and testimonials
• Plan your expansion beyond warm network

The Closing Reality: Because of current market conditions, many prospects are pre-sold on the need for AI audits. Your job is to position yourself as the obvious choice based on your industry expertise and proven process.

Early on, having 2-3 case studies makes a huge difference in building confidence and conviction with new prospects.

Week 4 Goal: First audit closed, case studies in development, sustainable daily habits established.

Realistic 30-Day Expectations

If you follow this plan and hit your daily outreach targets, here's what you can realistically expect:

Outreach Volume: 400+ messages sent
Response Rate: 10-15% from warm network, 3-5% from cold outreach
Discovery Calls: 5-15 calls booked
Audits Closed: 1-3 audits (very realistic with warm network)

The key is consistency. This isn't about perfection. It's about showing up every day and executing the plan.

The biggest mistake people make in their first 30 days is lack of execution.

They don't take the daily habits seriously. They send messages sporadically instead of consistently. They don't follow up properly. They overthink instead of taking action.

Before: "Accounting Professional"
After: "Accountant For 30 Years | AI Consultant for Accounting Firms"

This positioning immediately establishes credibility and differentiates you from generic AI consultants who don't understand your industry.

Tracking Your Progress

Track these metrics daily:
• Messages sent
• Responses received
• Calls booked
• Calls completed
• Audits proposed
• Audits closed

Weekly Review: Every Friday, review your numbers and plan the following week. What's working? What needs adjustment? How can you improve your response rates?

Monthly Review: At the end of 30 days, analyze your complete results. What was your total ROI on time invested? What lessons can you apply to month 2?

Beyond Month 1

Once you've closed your first 1-3 audits and have case studies, you can expand beyond your warm network.

Month 2 Focus:
• Scale cold outreach
• Develop referral systems
• Create content to build authority
• Optimize your processes based on lessons learned
