📢📢 Announcement 📢📢
We had a flood of new subscribers join us this week — and if you’re one of them: Welcome aboard.
This newsletter is built for creators, coaches, consultants, and solopreneurs who don’t have time to waste guessing what works. Here, we break down high-leverage strategies, battle-tested content systems, and tools that actually move the needle — in 5 minutes or less.
No conventional bullshit. Just the real stuff that works... that you've never heard of anywhere else.
We’ve covered a lot in previous editions. If you're new and want to catch up, start here:
#1: The Day I Walked Away from $1.5M/year Profit Business to Start Over
#2: The Russian Doll Method — Escape the Fancy Prison You Built
#3: Pricing Your Russian Doll — The Art of Selling Access, Not Deliverables
You’re now part of a fast-growing crew of smart, scrappy, future-focused entrepreneurs building momentum with fewer resources and more clarity. Each week, you’ll get one signal-packed issue designed to help you move faster, sell smarter, and build an unfair advantage — without reinventing the wheel.
Finally, if you haven’t already, join my completely free Skool community, you can ask questions, network with other entrepreneurs and get my help more directly with the issues you are currently facing.
Welcome again. Let’s kick off.

I used to spend 40 hours a week creating "original" content.
Brainstorming. Scripting. Filming. Editing.
All for content that barely moved the needle.
Then I discovered something that changed everything.
The best creators aren't the most original.
They're the best thieves.
Pablo Picasso said it best: "Good artists copy, great artists steal."
I thought he was talking about art.
He was talking about business.

The Day I Stopped Being "Creative"
It happened during a particularly brutal content creation week.
I had spent three days crafting what I thought was a brilliant hook for a video.
Posted it. 47 views.
That same day, I saw a fitness influencer's video hit 2.3 million views.
His hook? Absolutely magnetic.
So I did something that felt like cheating.
I stole it.
Not the content. Not the message.
Just the structure. The psychology. The pattern.
I adapted it for my business audience.
Posted it the next day.
That's when I realized: Everything that works has already been done.
Your job isn't to reinvent the wheel.
It's to put your wheel on a better car.

The Picasso Method: Content That Converts
Most entrepreneurs create content backwards.
They start with a blank page and try to be original.
Wrong move.
Start with what's already working.
Then make it yours.
Here's the exact system I use:
➡️ Find the outliers (content that's crushing it)
➡️ Steal the framework (not the content)
➡️ Adapt for your audience
➡️ Test and iterate
This isn't plagiarism.
It's pattern recognition.
Every hook that works follows a psychological principle.
Every viral video taps into a human emotion.
Every converting ad uses a proven structure.
Your job is to identify these patterns and apply them to your Russian Doll.
🚀 Layer 1: Getting Emails (The Foundation)
Your free layer has one job: Capture emails.
Everything else is secondary.
The best performing content for this layer:
Paid Ads (Most predictable)
• Hunt for top-performing newsletters in adjacent niches
• Steal their highest-performing ad creative
• Reverse-engineer the best headlines & angles
• Test relentlessly
YouTube Long-Form (Best organic reach)
• Find outlier videos in your space
• Steal the thumbnail psychology
• Steal the title structure
• Steal the first 30 seconds
• Make the rest your own
Instagram + ManyChat (Best for engagement)
• Find viral posts in your niche
• Steal the hook pattern
• Adapt the story for your message
• Drive to ManyChat for email capture
When you look closely, you find that you're not literally stealing content.
You're borrowing a working psychological idea.
🚀 Layer 2: Low-Ticket Sales (The Qualifier)
Your low-ticket products should solve ONE specific problem.
❌ "How to Build a Sales Funnel". (too broad)
✔ "How to Write VSL Scripts That Convert". (laser-focused)
Here's how to approach this laser-focused content angle:
Problem-Agitation-Solution Emails
• Identify one specific pain point
• Agitate it with a story
• Present your workshop as the solution
• Include a clear call-to-action
Workshop Previews
• Give away 20% of the value for free
• Create urgency around the remaining 80%
• Position the workshop as the "complete system"
• Tease the transformation, then gate the how
The psychology: People buy solutions to specific problems, not general education.
🚀 Layer 3: Group Access (The Profit Engine)
Want to make $1,000/month feel cheap?
Call it $250/week.
Same price. Different psychology.
The content that converts here is all about belonging and belief:
Accountability Stories
• Share client wins from your group program (Before and After)
• Spotlight the group effect
• Show the transformation that happens with guidance
Behind-the-Scenes Content
• Show what happens in your group calls
• Share the level of access members get
• Create FOMO around the community
The Magic Question
When someone consumes your content and hits a roadblock, drop the magic line:
"Would you like me to help with that?"
That's it.
No hard selling. No manipulation.
Just an invitation to get closer to your fire.
🚀 Layer 4: High-Ticket (The Accelerator)
Your highest-paying clients aren’t stuck on price.
They’re stuck on time.
They don't need more information.
They want you to fast-track their implementation.
Here’s how to create innovative content that attracts them:
Case Study Deep-Dives
• Show the exact process you used with other clients
• Highlight the speed of results with direct access
• Position yourself as the shortcut to their goals
Strategic Insights
• Share high-level thinking that feel un-Googleable
• Demonstrate the depth of your expertise
• Create desire for personalized guidance
These clients want confidence.
Give them the roadmap, and show them you are the shortcut.

The Biggest Mistake (And How to Avoid It)
The biggest lie in marketing is the need to constantly create new things.
New offers. New content. New strategies.
Wrong.
The biggest wins come from doing more of what's already working.
Found a hook that converts? Use it again.
Found an email that sells? Adapt it for other products.
Found a story that resonates? Tell it in different formats.
Innovation is overrated.
Iteration is undervalued.

The 80/20 of Content Creation
80% of your results will come from:
Stealing proven frameworks
Adapting them for your audience
Testing relentlessly
Doubling down on what works
20% will come from:
Original ideas
Creative breakthroughs
Viral moments
Lucky breaks
Focus on the 80%.
The 20% will happen naturally.

The Email Advantage: Your Secret Weapon
Here's what most entrepreneurs miss:
Every layer advancement happens through email.
Not social media. Not content platforms.
Email.
Once you have someone's email, you control the relationship.
You can:
➡️ Nurture them with valuable content
➡️ Make offers when they're ready
➡️ Ascend them through your Russian Doll
➡️ Build trust over time
Social media gets attention.
Email gets transactions.

Next week, I'll show you the exact email sequences I use to move people through each layer of the Russian Doll without feeling salesy.
Make sure you open that one.
It’s the one most people would charge for.
But for now, ask yourself:
🎯 What's the highest-performing content in your niche right now?
🎯 How could you steal the framework and make it yours?
Your next breakthrough is already out there.
Someone else is using it.
Your job?
Steal smarter.
See you next week,
– Andrew
